In accordance with the start of the implementation of training programs for information security, protection of information, and state secret specialists and managers of public and private organizations in Crimea, the MASKOM training center organized the first series of seminars in Simferopol.
The series included eight workshops in Simferopol, free of charge. The duration of each of the workshops was 1-2 days, and the students were awarded with certificates upon completion of training. The seminar covered issues of compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation regarding the protection of state secrets, information protection, and security. The proposed topics of these seminars were so relevant that the MASKOM Training Center was faced with a flood of people who wanted to attend. Training groups were fully formed within just a few days after registration was opened up.
The first series of seminars ended up on August 28, 2014, with consideration of the topic "Technical channels of information leakage: Protection of confidential information from leaking via technical channels.”
Based on numerous requests from attendees, the MASKOM Training Center will start a second series of seminars in September with expanded programs that will include additional topics.
