MASKOM GROUP has completed the implementation of its hardware-software complex "Svitok" on the thermal power plant in the city of Blagoveshchensk

The pilot project involved the implementation of hardware modules "Svitok –EDS» using functions of generation of the digital signature, as well as special software Crypto Pro CSP. The objective of this project was to protect the information, to ensure the integrity and the control of its modification in the video control system for the construction of the 2-nd phase of the
thermal power plant in Blagoveshchensk.

The idea of developing hardware-software complex "Svitok" arose in connection with a wide of IT penetration of society, which greatly changed the nature of its business and formed a new information threats and challenges. Of particular danger are the threats to information security of automated systems. The hardware-software complex "Svitok" was created to counter such threats as a means of cryptographic protection, and is designed to protect information received from the remote IP sources.

"Svitok" provides cryptographic authentication terminal IP devices, ensures the integrity, confidentiality and legal significance of the transferred information, and signals security events, for example, of the substitution source-IP.

This functionality will allow you to monitor the objects of the Blagoveshchensk thermal plant on real-time basis, being sure that the information is reliable.
